[AppraiserChat.com] Fraud alert on address, proceed with caution

Hello Everyone,



A report we did for the home owner Yathu Karunailingam, for 5220 Escarpment
Side Road, Caledon was taken and altered significantly.  If you get an
order for this address proceed with caution.



This came to our attention earlier this week.  Almost everything was
changed, including the value by $900,000 dollars.



York Simcoe Appraisals wanted to let you know about this in case this
somehow comes across your desk.  I know the altered report has been sent to
at least 4 different brokers, I don’t know how much it’s been circulated.
A police report has been filed.



Please note that the client is impersonating our appraiser Michael Garbens
with a fake email address.
